- Advance Bookings
- A deposit of £25 per booking is required. The deposit is
non-refundable in the event of subsequent cancellation
- The balance is payable in full at the start of the trip

- Circumstances Beyond Our Control
- If we are unable to run a particular trip for reasons
outside our control, we will endeavour to offer an
alternative.
- If an alternative is not possible, we will refund any
monies already paid
